FutureAg Expo 2024 Powered by Agritechnica is a new exhibition, sales and networking opportunity taking place for the first time in Melbourne, Australia in 2024 for: Suppliers of agricultural and agro-industrial products, services and technologies serving the Australian, New Zealand and Asia Pacific markets. Exhibitors are manufacturers, producers, importers and distributors offering products and services from the agricultural, aquaculture, horticultural and livestock sectors.

The trade fair takes place annually over three days. This year, from Wednesday, April 17 to Friday, April 19, 2024, the fair will be open to the public from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (Wednesday and Thursday) and 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Friday).

The opening event will take place at the Melbourne Showgrounds, Ascot Vale, Victoria, Australia - the state of Victoria, with Melbourne as its metropolis, is the exhibition center in Australia. It is also the largest export state for agricultural products in Australia.

FutureAg Expo is a trade exhibition and conference for the agricultural sector, covering the entire value chain from production to industrialization and marketing of agricultural products. 

FutureAg Expo will motivate industry professionals to exhibit their products and innovations at this international B2B platform for agriculture, livestock and fisheries. It offers a unique opportunity to showcase products and services, equipment and 4.0 technologies, agricultural inputs, processing and handling, distribution and logistics, specialized services and products for the wholesale market.

The market

Australia has a diverse agricultural, forestry and fisheries sector that produces a range of plant and animal products. The gross value of agricultural, fishing and forestry production has increased by 7% over the last 20 years, from around 70 billion dollars in 2001 to 75 billion dollars in 2020. The Australian government has set itself the goal of supporting the agricultural sector to become a 100 billion dollar sector by 2030.
